Billing
Our rates for interpreting services are all-inclusive.
No additional mileage, parking fees, or
start-up
fees will be billed to you. All assignments
are billed to the nearest half hour. For
example, an assignment from 8:00 a.m. to
10:45 a.m. would be billed as 3 hours.
Any assignment lasting more than two hours
requires two interpreters, and we will automatically
send two interpreters. If one interpreter
must work more than two hours alone, the assignment
will be billed at the rate of time and one
half.
Special rates may be negotiated for fixed-schedule
or continuous services.

Payment
Any invoice of less than $500 must be paid by VISA,
MasterCard, American Express or immediate Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT.) Invoices over $500 are
due upon receipt, and can be paid via check,
credit card or EFT.
Cancellations
Scheduling and coordinating an assignment requires
substantial administrative work and preparation.
Consequently, if an assignment is cancelled —
for any reason — with fewer than three business
days (or 72 business hours) notice, you will be
billed for the full amount.
Overtime
If an assignment runs later than the specified
time, the interpreter may be asked to stay longer,
but
is not required to do so. Any additional time will
be billed in half-hour increments. Having one interpreter
work alone may incur additional fees. |
